Meet Michael J. Saylor, MD

MIchael J. Saylor, MD

Dr. Saylor is a 1980 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He completed his residency training in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at the Naval Hospital, Portsmouth, Virginia in 1986. From 1986 to 1989, he was the head of the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Camp LeJeune, NC. Dr. Saylor is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. He is on staff at Meritus Medical Center and Hagerstown Surgery Center.

Meet Jarl T. Wathne, MD

Dr. Wathne received his medical training at Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC and completed his residency training at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He was Chief of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Malcolm Grow USAF Medical Center. Dr. Wathne joined Dr. Saylor in 1994. He is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is on staff at Meritus Medical Center and Hagerstown Surgery Center.

Meet A. Christopher Manilla, DO

I also enjoy being in a specialty where I can solve many different problems and help people with head and neck disorders. I am extremely patient and a good listener. Dr. Manilla is a native of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. A 1995 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, he is fully trained in all aspects of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery. He completed his residency training at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, TX in 2002. He is board-certified in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery and is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. After serving as the Chief of Otolaryngology at General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital in Fort Leonard Wood, MO, Dr. Manilla joined Cumberland Valley ENT in 2006. He is on staff at Meritus Medical Center, Hagerstown Surgery Center and Monocacy Surgery Center.

Meet Angela C. Stonebraker, MD

Angela C. Stonebraker, MD

Dr. Stonebraker joined Cumberland Valley ENT in 2010. She received her undergraduate degree from Stanford University and then her medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville. She completed her residency in otolaryngology at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. Board-certified in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery, Dr. Stonebraker was previously in private practice in Williamsburg, VA. She is on the staff of Meritus Medical Center, Hagerstown Surgery Center and Monocacy Surgery Center.

Meet Our Audiology Team

Our team of dedicated audiology professionals has many years of experience in dealing with hearing loss. Our team can test and diagnose hearing loss and treat patients with sophisticated modern hearing devices fit to meet each patient’s individual needs.

Meet Margaret T. Eackles, AuD, CCC-A

Director of Audiology

Dr. Eackles is a certified clinical audiologist and director of the Hearing Care Center. She has been with the Hearing Care Center since 1993.  Dr. Eackles completed her Bachelor of Science at West Virginia University and her Master of Science in Communication Disorders at Pennsylvania State University. She received her Doctor of Audiology from A. T. Still University-Arizona School of Health Sciences. Prior to joining the Hearing Care Center, she worked in both the public and private sector as a clinical audiologist. Dr. Eackles has an extensive background in adult and pediatric assessment and amplification.

Jennifer L. Campbell, AuD, CCC-A

Meet Jennifer L. Campbell, AuD, CCC-A

Certified Clinical Audiologist

Dr. Campbell is a certified clinical audiologist with the Hearing Care Center. She received her master’s degree in audiology from the University of Pittsburgh in 1999 and doctorate degree in audiology from A.T. Still University in 2011. She has been an audiologist at the Hearing Care Center since 1999. Prior to her employment at the Hearing Care Center, she completed an audiology traineeship at the Oakland Veterans Administration hospital in Pittsburgh. Dr. Campbell has given presentations for the Lions Club, Rotary Club, Carpenter’s Union, 55 Up group and elementary schoolchildren.

Meet Kelsi Bubb, AuD, FAAA

Certified Clinical Audiologist

Kelsi Bubb, AuD is a board-certified clinical audiologist who joined the Hearing Care Center in July 2018. Dr. Bubb received her Bachelor of Science degree inCommunication Sciences and Disorders from the Pennsylvania State University in2014 and went on to receive her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2018. She completed her fourth-year externship at thePittsburgh VA Medical Center. Her professional interests include amplification, tinnitus, and the impact of hearing loss on public health. She has co-authored an article published in Seminars inHearing for a quality improvement project regarding hearing loss in hospitalized older adults.

Practice Liaison Sundae Meyer has been with Cumberland Valley ENT since 2000. She chose this field because she enjoys being around people, getting to know them and helping them in any way that she can. Ms. Meyer received her medical assistant training at the Medix School in Towson, Maryland. She graduated with high honors and became a member of the Alpha Beta Kappa Honor Society.

Cinda Morgan has been with the practice since 2006. After injuries from an auto accident kept her from achieving her career goal of being a surgeon, she pursued her education at Hagerstown Business College.
